Shipping policy

1. Costs and Terms of Delivery

1.1 Delivery services

The ordered products are delivered by Hungarian Post or FedEx. Once your order is confirmed and the product is in stock, delivery will occur according to the following estimated timelines:

  • Within the European Union: 4–10 working days

  • USA and Canada: 4–15 working days

1.2 Out-of-stock products

We do our best to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. If a product is not in stock, we will notify the customer and provide a new estimated delivery date. If this new date is not acceptable, the customer may cancel the order, and the amount paid will be fully refunded.

1.3 Delivery costs

Delivery costs are paid by the customer. The final cost depends on the delivery method and location. For detailed information, see section 1.5 below.

1.4 Damaged packages

Please examine your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If the package appears damaged:

  • Ask the courier to take a damage report, and

  • Do not accept the damaged package, or contact our customer service for assistance.
We cannot accept complaints about damage after the package has been accepted.

  • To the USA and Canada
FREE delivery for orders above 400 USD (net).
For orders below 400 USD, the delivery fee is 39.99 USD.

1.6  Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees, depending on the destination country's regulations.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

📌 We recommend checking your local customs authority’s website for up-to-date information about possible import costs and thresholds.

If these charges are not paid in advance, your local delivery service (e.g., UPS or FedEx) may collect them at the time of delivery.

1.7 🇺🇸 Important for U.S. Customers – UPS ICOD Fee

As of June 2, 2025, UPS has introduced a $12 USD International Collect on Delivery (ICOD) fee for shipments to the United States.

This fee applies when duties, taxes, or other import charges remain unpaid at the time of delivery. It is collected by UPS upon delivery and is in addition to any outstanding customs fees.

👉 How to avoid the ICOD fee:

  • Pay online before delivery
Use the UPS International Pre Payment Application (IPPA) to prepay import duties and taxes electronically.

  • Bill duties to a UPS account
If the import charges are billed to a valid UPS account before delivery, the ICOD fee will not be applied.

We strongly recommend prepaying all import fees when shipping to the U.S. via UPS to avoid unexpected charges.
